AGREEMENT

This Terms and conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“user” or “you”) and Ayurvedic Glow (collectively, “Company” or “we” or “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the ayurvedicglow.com website as well as any other media form, mobile website related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Website”). The Website provides the sale of products. Company reserves the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing that it makes even if it has already requested or received payment. Company may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in Australian Doller. Charges that are not disputed within 60 days of the date charged are conclusively deemed accurate.

You hereby waive any and all defenses you may have based on the electronic form of this Agreement and the lack of signing by the parties hereto to execute this Agreement.
